Journal of Food and Agricultural Technology (JFAT) is a research journal planned to publish three issues a year. The journal will consider submissions from all over the world, on original basic and applied researches not being published as research paper and review article. The papers will be published in English. The subject covered by JFAT includes, but not limited to; all aspects of food, agricultural science and technology in the following areas:
JFAT is an open access, peer-reviewed online scientific journal published by School of Agro-Industry, Mae Fah Luang University, MFU. The auspicious inauguration issue will be published on January, 2015.
